Ms. Lara is a member of the DelBello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP’s Commercial Litigation practice group.

She represents companies and individuals in a wide range of business disputes, including real estate, joint-venture, contract, and intra-company disputes involving partnerships and LLCs in connection with membership rights, withdrawals, dissolutions, and distributions.

Ms. Lara handles all phases of complex litigation, from pleadings through dispositive motions, mediations, and appeals in state and federal courts. She regularly advises companies on governance and regulatory matters, including data and privacy protection compliance.

Ms. Lara is a Board member of the Westchester County Bar Association and current Co-Chair of the Women in the Law Committee. She is also a member of the House of Delegates for the New York State Bar Association and a Board member of the Legal Services of the Hudson Valley.
